How we train, the drivers we have for things like back pain and running injuries are not the same as men.

We can go through 3 main hormonal changes during our lives and so we need to understand how to use those changes to our advantage and work with and not against our bodies.

As a Women's Wellness Coach, I provide offerings to women that are female-centric, whether it's to prevent or tackle pelvic floor and core problems, back pain, running injuries or deal with peri-menopause symptoms through the right movement, nutrition and lifestyle approach for each woman.
